Hide Unhide the Ribbon In PowerPoint Do any of the following: Turn off the ribbon or Hide the Robbin On the right side of the ribbon, click Action pop-up menu , and then click Ribbon Preferences. Under General, clear the Turn on the ribbon check box. NOTE: If you do not want to turn off the ribbon, you can minimize it.
