How to use dictionary in Excel
Hello Everybody and welcome to excel Made Easy!
I’m your excel guru and today I’m going to tell you how to use, how to open a dictionary in your excel 2007 and above. It’s such a wonderful thing to know. Well I have typed two words over here Learn and Information. I would like to see the meaning in excel itself it could any other word also. It’s very, very simple. You just take your mouse over there and press Alt and click on this cell, automatically dictionary would open. Just press alt and click on that cell see it’s given the meaning of learn and you can choose various options also. This is the American dictionary, assistance thesaurus, such a wonderful thing to have. Isn’t it? There is another word, let’s do it. This is also how to close it. You can close it like this. We go on this word. There is one more way of checking this is you go to Review tab. Click on research, here comes information and you click on go and the dictionary for information is opened up now. The dictionary information for information. Isn’t it cool? Well this is the dictionary feature for your excel.
